  • How personalized will my vacation planning be?

    Before I begin researching, I take the time to gather the information I need to understand you, your travelers, and what matters most for your vacation. I consider details such as dietary needs, including gluten-free options, accessibility concerns, room preferences, activity levels, and the needs of children or picky eaters. This allows me to curate recommendations and a detailed itinerary that fit your travelers rather than offering a generic, one-size-fits-all plan.

  • Why is there a planning fee?

    Your planning fee reserves dedicated time for your vacation and gives you the personal attention of a travel advisor who understands your plans, preferences, and priorities. It covers the professional research, personalized recommendations, detailed itinerary preparation, reservation management, and support involved in planning your vacation with care.

  • When will planning begin?

    Research and proposal preparation begin after I have gathered the necessary information through your Travel Planning Questionnaire and Travel Planning Session, and after your Planning Agreement and planning fee have been completed. Taking these steps first allows me to begin with a clear understanding of your needs and use our planning time thoughtfully and efficiently.
